Occasionally we have flooring left over from a large run, or a customer changes their mind. When that happens, rather than have it gather dust, we like to make these products available to homeowners at a reduced price.

All material is milled correctly from hand selected kiln dried woods, and is subject to our strict quality control. no shortcuts have been taken in the production of these products and all of this flooring still carries our Lifetime Warranty.
